Tax Credit formTax credit.pdf
One of the biggest ways parents and community members can help our schools is to donate their Arizona tax credit money. People who file jointly can donate up to $400, while people who file as a single head of household can donate up to $200. This money goes towards any taxes you many owe the state, and if you don’t owe any you receive the donated money back in a tax credit. You do not need to have children in school to donate money. Any person who pays taxes in the state of Arizona is eligible for this program. All you need to do is download and print the form located in the sidebar. Fill it out, and bring or send it in to the school office. Please be aware that we must receive donations before December 31st in order for you to claim them on that year’s taxes. Thank you in advance for your support!
Dear Parent/Guardian, We are pleased to inform you that Queen Creek High School is making the Corecoursegpa.com,a web-base interactive tool, available to all Queen Creek High School student-athletes and their parents free of charge. If your child has aspirations of competing athletically as a freshman at an NCAA Division I or Division II school, they must meet NCAA Initial-Eligibility minimum standards, including core course GPA and SAT/ACT test score requirements. Corecoursegpa.com is an innovative tool that allows you to easily track your son or daughter's progress towards meeting these requirements, beginning as soon as their first semester of their freshman year. IT IS IMPORTANT TO NOTE THAT YOUR USE OF THE CLEARINGHOUSE CALCULATOR IS NOT A SUBSTITUTE FOR ACTUALLY REGISTERING WITH THE NCAA ELIGIBILITY CENTER. You will be able to learn more about the NCAA Eligibility Center in the important Topics option in your Clearinghouse Calculator account. To activate your child's Corecoursegpa.com membership, follow these simple steps: 1. Go to www.corecoursegpa.com 2. Enter School ID and School Code in the New Member Account Creation Box: Students/parents: School ID: 030348 School Code: 711178345 3. Click "Continue". 4. Fill in the appropriate fields in the Create New Student Account form. **Remember to write down the new Member Name and Password you have created**. 5. Click "Submit". **Congratulations! Go to www.corecoursegpa.com 2. Enter your Member Name and Password in the Existing Member Login box. **Use the Member Name and Password you created during the account activation process**. 3. Click "Login". Begin using your Corecoursegpa.com!! The Corecoursegpa.com incorporates Queen Creek High School's NCAA recognized core courses into the online forms, calculates BOTH Division I and Division II core course GPA, automatically incorporates weighted grades into calculations and tracks course requirements for BOTH Division I and Division II. Your son or daughter's core course information is saved for the duration of their high school career.
